Learn how the Whisper Flex 2 Smart Black extension tube fits your fan, which models it works with, and important installation tips.
Quick Answer
The Whisper Flex 2 Smart Black extension tube fits the DXCF70, DXCF80, and DXCF88 models, but it is a single replacement tube and cannot be stacked with another tube.
Why the model compatibility matters
The extension tube is designed specifically for the Whisper Flex 2 (Smart) series. Using it with other models may result in a poor fit or unstable operation.
Always check your fan's model number (e.g., DXCF70) before purchasing to ensure the tube will connect properly.
What you cannot do with the extension tube
This is a replacement tube, not an accessory for extending the fan's height beyond its original design. It is not suitable for placing two tubes on top of each other.
If you need a taller fan, consider using the fan's built-in height adjustment or look for a different model.
